Overview

RGB CLI is a Dart/Flutter command-line tool that helps bootstrap and manage Flutter project setup with a consistent structure and developer experience.

My role

  • Designed and developed the CLI features and command structure.
  • Maintained project templates and kept conventions aligned with real production needs.
  • Published and maintained the package on pub.dev, including documentation and releases.

Challenges & how I solved them

Cross-platform compatibility

Ensured commands work across macOS/Linux/Windows with consistent path handling.

Template evolution

Designed the templates to be maintainable and versioned so upgrades are predictable.

User experience

Added clear prompts and meaningful error messages to reduce setup friction.
